As the unofficial AB biographer and curator of Corrie, having watched the very first episode way back in 1960, I am now going to view tonight's offering. I will be back with my considered opinion within the hour.

They did bit in a series of 'photographs' whilst playing The Clash in the background. Pretty sure The Jam were played on EE last week - must be a new trend starting.

I have just viewed and reviewed the said episode. Rather strange - it seemed like one of these spin-offs they do from time to time featuring ex-cast, divorced from the general plot and generally unsatisfactory. I think that this might be a cheap way off reintroducing the guy who was Sean's boyfriend as I am led to understand that they eventually kiss and make up and "marry". Ten years ago I would have been shocked at such a scenario, but after the "union" between Sproglet Platt and Krazy Kylie" it seems surprisingly normal.
