wasn't AB victim to this not so long ago when we kept getting folk randomly asking 'where can i buy cillet bang'. and the like? perhaps the fact that they often spelt it wrong - "sillit", "cillit" etc - was a cunning ploy to try and disguise the truth. I'm with bill Hicks - "if you work in marketing or advertising, kill yourself" (audience chuckles) "No, really, kill yourself".
