Spam, Spam Spam Spam

It seems nigh on impossible to block ALL spam from Hotmail, as they use a different combination of letters and numbers, capitals etc when they send these spam emails for viagra, willy enlargements, Fcukbook, all meds etc etc....I must receive at least 20 a day into my hotmail and just keep doing a sweep and blocking, but it never changes.....any suggestions ?

Get on one of the other free sites - gmail, Yahoo etc.

Use another email address to signup for forums, shopping sites etc in future. Setup filters on the most common spam subjects (eg a filter for the word viagra in subject).
