....liked what he did with the red onions (quartering them and filling them with the herbed butter) and roasting/baking them in the oven....have been trying to find a proper recipe for this.....even a proper name for the dish.....tried the cook book, no luck....tried his website, no luck,.....did a mama.com search, no luck there....

any assistance would be very much appreciated and welcome
