Parking problems
I have a shared driveway which , on the deeds, it states that it must be kept clear at all times. My neighbour is regularly parking all night and sometimes during the day on it and has ignored my request not to do it. Is it enforceable by law to stop them?

Years ago I had this problem but the neighbour soon got the message, having to move his car at inconvenient times.

I doubt the police would be interested, if that is what you mean by 'enforceable by law'.
You could ask them, but I suspect they'd consider it a civil matter and not get involved...unless you or anyone else who lives with you is 'vulnerable' in some way...disabled or elderly perhaps.
I suspect you are going to have to go to a solicitor and start sending them formal letters, or whatever else the solicitor advises.
This is a most unpleasant situation to be living with and you have my sympathy. :-))
