i swapped my tv-phone-broadband package from virgin to sky...

the tv is fine the phone is fine..but i cannot access the internet..went through all the checks with their online ''help'' my pc is fine and set up right and now they tell me they will ring me up in 72 hours after they have investigated...im fuming...i should have stayed with virgin...sorry guys..rant over...

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.thank you bobbi..i phoned them and we went through all the checks for my pc..i did the ethernet connection..the i.p address is right..my lan settings are ok..ive reset the router..in fact this is the second router they have sent because they said the 1st one they sent was from a ''faulty'' batch of 6,000 they have sent out grrrrrrrrrrrrr lol

when you go to settings in your broadband, especially for email
also if you try checking all of the setting in your ip address which will be
192.168.0.1 open this up after pasting it in your toolbar, there you can see if your password is correct and other settings, check your passwrd with the one they provided for you
