The best palindromic sentence I've ever seen (they are notoriously hard to compose) was about John Findlay Wallace, one of the principal engineers of the Panama Canal. It was 'A man, a plan, a canal. Panama!'
Anyone got any other good ones?

I agree with QM, some of the longer ones are almost gibberish. I picked the longest one that made sense from the source I have.
