If you're talking about job interviews then qualitative. Quantitative means basically numerical.

In my organisation interviewees are scored quantitively, in theory at least, though(as you might expect) the outcome is often determined in advance and the scores used to demonstrate "fair play".

Ixion it sounds like you work for some scary outfit. I don't like having my responses tallied by some psychologist's test. The further I stay from that sort of voodoo the better chance I have of getting the job. I don't have to do interviews anymore though.
