canoli recipe from naked chef season 3...

i saw the episode where he did this for the xmas party and it looked great....searched his website and some of the mega recipe places and had no luck....

could someone point me in a better direction? (not listed in the cookbook)

is there a one-stop to find NC recipes that may not be in the cookbook???

if i checked the website correctly, there is no link for episode 9, which was the xmas epi where he did the cannolis.....

was there a book or booklet of recipes for the dishes he did for season 3??
