apart from the driver and her dad, there was a long faced, non-smiling woman in the front in a big hat.
Who was she? She didn't get out of the car at the abbey and so I don't think she was there to help with the dress.

i think it's been established on another thread in CB that it was her protection officer. i thought it was the dress designer but apparently not.
