Why are there no women top snooker players?

Can anyone offer any theories? I mean snooker has undemanding requirements for fitness and strength so on paper there should be women in the top flight. This is a serious sport question I don't want to turn it into a battle of the sexes ok?

you asked why there aren't any women top snooker players. They - as women - said women find the sport boring. So they are much less likely to play the sport than men. The smaller the sample, the less likely you are to get an exceptional result from it.

I used to play snooker for the local railway institute second team.............I stood down after a couple of matches as I wasn't allowed to play the away matches at working mens' clubs.

I used to play table tennis for the Conservative Club, but the lady members weren't allowed to use the snooker tables.

I used to play in our local league.Had a highest break of 56 but being only 5ft tall found it difficult although i got to be a dab hand with the rest. Reffing was always embarrassing...trying to respot the blue i'd lean across the table with legs in the air :0)
