Hya DEN, yes it was of theose very enjoyable times, watched the RW all day on Friday at my friends house, had a Bucks Fiz toi toast the happy couple..lol
then went to see a Rod Stwart retro later on, very good

i keep forgetting it's a bank hol tomorrow for the workers. trouble is when you don't work every day is a holiday.
we had a lovely week-end until we had to have a tree surgeon round to look at a 25 year old, 60ft eucalyptus tree in our back garden which has died due to the bad frosts over the winter. going to cost an arm and a leg to have it taken down and removed.
apart from that, thoroughly enjoyed the royal wedding on friday, had a very pleasant day in the sunshine yesterday and am looking forward to a trip to anglesey to see the puffins. then off to france for our long trip, even bought a new bikini!!!!!!

No, My Mum died in 1974,Dad got married to a wonderful lady 10 yrs later and they settled in Angelesy
