I think it would be appropriate to perhaps add the US flag too just now.

defo add the stars and stripes, well done, although I dread the repercussions!
Its more obvious if you hang it upside down so mind the graphic.

Remove the left hand flag that is upside down, or do you mean to offend ?
No offense intended here. Just a bit of humor about the conversations on the Union Jack being upside down.
I really can't see how anyone could be offended by a flag being upside-down, to my mind that is up there with being offended at a book being burnt as a daft notion.

Sure it's not correct, but it's not offensive.
I dont see it as humour, its ignorance.

Quite easy for an IT tech to put the stick on outer edge of left flag to correct the display.
The objection has been because an upside-down Union flag is a distress signal - perhaps it's not far wrong here this morning.

I looked and looked and couldn't see a difference. I finally gave up and looked it up on the internet.

I'm imagining it's all veiled references to them having allegedly whacked Osama Bin Laden today, and i don;t see why and English site would put up a US flag, no offence.
is this an English site, it has worldwide members.

Perhaps dotty wants to see the US flag with Mr Brooks holding it?

I don't mind Mel.................quite a jolly chap.
For cowtipper....the UJ has the broad white diagonal stripe on top left from mast.

If it didn't matter how the flag hung there would be no differential.
