what does this message mean?

This morning when I opened my emails in my inbox, a small message popped up saying "Stop running this script?" Something is causing Internet Express ro run slowly. It has done that about a dozen mes in five minutes.

What should I do?

Is it only on the webmail inbox? Or does it happen on other sites too?

It means a script on the page has gone a bit wonky (can be for a number of reasons). Usually reloading the page fixes this.

Don't know about this problem. Did you get a solution for your Word file difficulty?

If it's consistently happening it's possible to increase the time out for scripts, but if it's only on one site it's probably the site at fault and you'll have to wait for them to sort their problems out.
