Well dressing

Went to the Malvern Hills today and there were people (Druids?) all over the place, performing ceremonies and the wells were all decorated too. All very odd. Any one else seen anything unusual lately?

I seem to remember hearing that the original whickerman burnt down-and this one was a relacement.
