Film - probably made for TV - can you identify it?

It was about a Dr who was performing an operation on a woman but when he cut her open he found she was pregnant so aborted the baby. When the woman came round, she claimed for the loss of her baby and got loads of money. Turns out it was all a scam and they were having an affair and the whole thing was a plan. Any ideas what it was called?

It sounds alot like a film with nicole kidman in it, i think its called Malice. Bill Pullman is the husband and i think one of the baldwins is in it.... or not?

Agree sounds like Malice. Alec Baldwin plays the doctor and co-conspirator.

No, its definately not Malice, it didn't have any big names in it and it was made for TV. Anyway, in Malice, Nicole Kidman was never pregnant. Any other ideas?
