I am going to Mecca bongo tonight and I collect three people on the way who have walking problems and cant go unless I take them, and I am happy to do this.
Should I go with the attitude I wont win - well its only rarely I do ever win, or with the atttude tonight I shall win top prize as neither seems to do me any good !

I frequent our local Mecca once a week. I 'know' if I'm going to win or not, by the second game. If all of the called numbers are evenly spaced on my tickets for the first couple of games, I don't win. If I'm 'sweating' in the first couple of games, I can feel a win coming on. The banter of people around me, amuses me. The other week, someone called on number 58. A woman behind me said to her mate, 'Ooh, the other way round, Betty. I needed 85. So bloomin' close'.

I did win £10 but had to share it with another, so my total win was £5 as my stake was £15 i havent come out even, I dont care about the big win, though it would be nice, if I get my stake back then I feel I have had a good night out.
