how can i get rid of masonary wasps from my roof they keep going under the slates
and i think they are laying eggs there.
are there any solutions to get rid of them.

They are probably masonry bees, not wasps.
I had them at my old house a few years ago, when I called out the pest control they wouldn't touch them and told me they were harmless.

spray this on tiles.....
This sounds like your common wasp nest to me, masonry bees will not usually go under the slates. any pest controller will eradicate them.
