looks like poor seve wont be with us much longer through ill health what a fantasic golfer and a fanatasic person who has done so much for underpriviliged people and so many charities over the years one of my favourite sporting heroes of all time,praying for you my friend xx

Great golfer but a very sick man at present bernie. Always a gentleman whenever I have seen him on TV.

went to see him play at wentworth many moons ago playing against sandy lyle in the matchplay fantastic days golf for all that day.

I was watching Jimmy Carr last night. One of the jokes he told was about age and how, at his age, the only time he will be ever considered young again is when he dies....

A truly wonderful man.He brought to golf a different dimension,with his fantastic shot selection.
He will be sadly missed by not only all who knew him and played with him,but by all the crowds who watched him over the years.
He has now passed to the golf course in the sky,where I,m sure he will be still be knocking it straight down the middle.
