I got mine in Staples (admittedly not leather but it's comfortable)

dont think you will get leather for that price unless its second hand, we got our chair whilst in Comet looking for something else and its got a massager but that was over a year ago.
Hope you find one.

They've got some on eBay but they are £50-£60.

Try Staples they often get rid of old stock instore, but don't think you will get leather for that price range.

You'd better not go for the Herman Miller Aeron Office Chair which has been bought by Greater London Council for it's staff and rows in at ca £850 each.
