advice needed

my other halfs ex moved to another country a few weeks ago and the daughter they had together went with her for a holiday but never came back we knew she would be moving over there but it wasnt suppose to until the end of june .
we have been given no address to contact her at does anyone know if we can contact either the airline or police to get an idea of where they could be because dont even know what counrty the are in due to different sources giving us differnt locations as to where they are
i hope this makes sense and someone can help.
