Dear Editor,
Who has replaced my self-description with the word "FACT?" Whilst I am happy enough for your gremlins to amuse themselves at my expense, you may care to remind them that they run the risk of encountering the wrath of both myself and Bobbisox, the combination of which is devoutly not to be wished.

Quite right. Northumberland folk are not like Geordies. They talk dead funny as if they have loads of frogs in their throats.
Northumbrian wife ( in hairdressers), "Can aa hev a perm?"
Hairdresser, "Why aye bonny lass, I wandered lonely as a cloud".
Bobbisox....I don't think it's a matter of me being nice. The truth is that I am Welsh and Mike could lambast me with a few Welsh phrases which I wouldn't understand without engaging an Interpreter. English is the spoken language where I live in South Gower (Welsh is a foreign lingo to us ) whereas the northern part of the peninsular is another area entirely.....Geordies are great folk and we have all the videos of the classic TV series 'Auf Wiedersen'.
