Time Travelling Island ... Samoa

Not sure where to post this.
I just thought it was quite jolly.
The International Date Line is being moved to the East, to the other side of Samoa.
So, at midnight on 29th December, Samoa will jump straight on to 31st December ...
... the whole world will have a 30th December, as usual ... but not Samoa.
But Samoa have done this little "time travelling" exercise before.
In 1892, the date line was moved to the West, and Samoa had the same day, two days in a row. If that day was your birthday, you would have had a birthday twice, and become a year older.
I don't expect any replies. I just thought I'd share this little snippet with you.
