Hi,

Does anyone know you can fit any old autochanger to the factory fitted stereo in an 05 Corsa SXi with hand controls, and if the hand controls will still work with the autochanger. Or will I need to go to vauxhall direct?

Thanks in advance

Hi Steph. I use handcontrols, I have done for 33 years now. I thought an autochanger could be fitted in the boot/hatch and would not effect your hand controls. Some cars have them fitted under a seat. Maybe I misunderstood your question.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I meant handcontrols for the stereo, rather than for the car.

Sorry for the confusion! ;-)

Thanks
Steph

my sister had this problem when she bought her vectra, they said at the vauhaul garage that only the vauxhall fitment ice system will work with the hand controls. she also went to an ice speacialist who confirmed the same.

your best bet is to go to vauxhall direct to solve the problem because their own multichanger should fit into their sterio fitment.
