Just tried to blag to Ruby that he was in touble years earlier because, 'he was involved in a few clubs that were selling alcohol after 10.30'! Our Catholic Club in the village sell beer til 12 midnight, are they gangsters too! Talk about suspending our belief!

I can believe anything of writers who think Jake and Chrissy can pass as a couple. Or the residents of Albert square would be that kind and forgiving to Dawn (new member of the Miller family)

I think he was talking about this happening some time ago. - and of course he was lying - he killed Andy Hunter - and its a television program - watch it for entertainment - if you want reallity watch the news.

PS maybe it will get better when Phil and Grant are back in two weeks - althouugh the storyline will not be believable there either

years ago pubs closed at 10.30 and they would loose their license if they sold alchol after the bell went for closing..licensing laws were a lot more strict then..clubs are different they can get extensions to the license..allthough when johnny was talking about years ago!!!!! even clubs would have been tightly regulated....and private clubs were around with locked doors..so they could all drink to the early hours..they cant get away with it now due to health and safety etc...
