our local REAL baker does REAL jam doughnuts...unbeatable, you have to eat them with a knife and fork because there is so much sugar and jam.

KK are sold in our local Tesco real big boxes of them they also have stand at Lakeside shopping mall, they look so sickly that I couldnt bring myself to try even one.
I used to make me feel sick in Vegas to see the queue for KK for breakfast !
Now a nice ordinary english style jam doughnut I like now and then but to get thru a whole whoping big box of KK no thank you very much.
Or have you tried "yum yums" from Greigs bakers ?they are doughnuts with a difference.
Whats the price of a box of KK anyway ?

Next time I make them I will write down what I actually do... if I try to do it from memory I'll forget something... I have sugar free zero carb maple syrup substitute for the dieters too

When they opened one in Bristol they were giving them away for people to taste them. I have never tasted anything so absolutely delicious in the cake line as Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I don't know what they put in them extra but it certainly adds to the taste. Only problem is they are a trifle? expensive.

KK are really very nice doughnuts I had some from their shop in Milton Keynes Centre, long queue but worth it. The best so far.
