Coast Clothing London - who is Chairman???

I m writing to Coast clothing on behalf of a friend regarding an item she bought recently that was faulty and I cannot seem to find a name of a Chairman or someone I can address the letter to!! Please can anyone help? I think the address is 5-25 Scrutton Street,London EC2A 4HJ

Coast are owned by the Icelanding group, Aurora. I`ve looked on their website and the managing director if Coast is Margaret McDonald.

By the way you might want to check the address as well as the Coast/Oasis brand address is different to the one you have.

while I understand your desire to go to the top no way will it be the chairman who opens your letter.

I don`t think there will be a chairman of Coast because it`s a group.
I was talking to my sister recently who was the PA to the CEO of a leading high street bank and I said about there being no point in writing to the big man as he never reads the letter. She said "****** used to read them because I passed them to him". So you never know.
