until today i used to be able to open an email in word, it would ask me to save it as word, or couple others, however now it will not. i am running xp and office 2007 profesional
I'm unsure what you mean by opening an e-mai in Word. Surely you have to open the e-mail in whatever e-mail client you have installed. Unless you are lookng at your e-mails directly on the Net server ?
Are you prehaps asking about opening a document attachment ? If so it may pay you to recover the state of your PC from a few days back and see if the problem goes away.
