still having problems with my pc..

i still cant compose , without the words going everywhere on the page, and the cursor going crazy. will a windows re-install solve it?

What software are you using to "compose"? Please also supply the operating system. Could be a problem with your keyboard and/or mouse.

the above is what happens when i try to compose anything
in other words i cant type away without stopping every two words, to check that everything is in the right place, its driving me mad!!
what software am i using to compose? not sure how to answer this, internet explorer is my browser.
