need help wording a advert please

hi, I am about to leaflet my local area to advertise my business but I am useless at wording things....can anyone help?

Here's what I need...a brief intro to my company ( glc painting and decorating 10yrs experience , working in the local area at the moment and offering fence stainning service , need to explain how a simple varnish can tidy up the entire area)

Hi! I suppose it depends on how much you want to spend (photocopies or colour printing)? Have a look at what other local traders are up to and try and go one better than them. I've seen "before and after" pictures etc. Your best advert would be your previous successes and word of mouth. Good Luck!
