great corrie last night

I didn't notice who wrote last night's Corries but I thought they were very funny.
i loved the drain man, who told Norris;
"I just say what a see, fibre-opitcally"
in his best Lancashire accent!
I wonder if he's the drain man at the club in Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights!

What made me titter was the comment made by Claudia to the cross-dresser about a glass of wine in the Rovers - "This one's got lipstick on the rim - something that should make you feel right at home".

Mary has some cracking lines, and I think the writers are making Deidre more like her mother Blanche each episode - she's now coming out with things typical of what Blanche would say. Love it....

yes, hopefully, once we've got rid of a couple of daft storylines, they'll concentrate on the comedy and characters more.

The John Stape thing has got way out of hand. Otherwise, it's still my favourite.

I think the John Stape thing is one of the funniest parts of Corrie.............the man is a walking, quick-thinking disaster.

Thing is I really like John Stapes character apart from this debacle and I wish he did not have to leave

I agre ric - this has all got silly now he's imprisoned Chesney Hawkes, but otherwise he is a funny character.

I have got fed up with the John Stape farce, but like his character and the way you can see his brain whirring thinking as quickly as he could, good acting.
