Today guess what plopped on my door mat? You won't believe it,
It was my first 2011 Christmas Catalogue, Father Christmas, fairy lights, Christmas cards the lot with discount if I buy early.
Am I the first on record this year or can anyone beat that?

I am starting my christmas shopping next month. Now that my son is 13 he is wanting more expensive gifts (PC this year) so I am getting everyone else something each month before so I don't panic in October/November when I realise I don't have enough money.

We shan't have to buy any more Christmas cards for the next two years, I have them all stowed away!

I agree with getting stuff early I often do myself, if I see something nice and I've got someone in mind for it yes I will buy it whether January or June but Co's sending catalogues in May? OTT.
