Chrome options

I have had a problem with my computer which is now sorted and I am using Google Chrome as my default browser. When I click on 'tools',' options' I am only getting the basic page. My personal stuff and under the bonnet where all my passwords and form filling details are stored have disappeared.
I did a system restore to a date before my problems began but I am still not getting these options.
Can anyone help?

OK folks - I got it sorted by restoring my Chrome settings to an earlier date.
