Windows Live Mail 2

still struggling. As regards the advice given to my post on Wed i.e. going to the Option/More option etc how do I get to the page with this on. I a Wndows 7 application and access my Mail from the icon on my Google home page and have a Ribbon bar and Quick access bar but there is no option icon on either bar. I have a Windows Live icon on the top Left hand side (as I look at the screen) which gives a drop down menu with a Otions folde but nothing like more folders as mentioned. Thanks for any further advice as what little hair I have left is going even whiter with this problem. All these duplicated mails in both accounts is a real pain.

On the home tab do you see a dropdown arrow and can then select mail options?
By R-Clicking your name, can you get account settings/server, etc open?
You must place the exact name of each user in each account setting (like you would have had in Outlook Express)
I think you have same setting in each of the user's accounts.
Have a look here and particularly under Step3 .. as you already seem to have two accounts in your Livemail.

Thanks AlBags so pleased to get a reply. Yes we have 2 accounts with the same provider and but one with my wife as the display name and the second with my name but both are @the same provider's jargon.. I did as the link suggested and removed the tic on the proerties/advanced page. Did some test mails addressed to my wife from me which she received OK and then to me from her whih I did not receive..
