Lieu days

Can I be told when to take my Lieu day or is it up to me when I take it?

@ Boxtops. I managed to get a hold of my HR Department, the only policy the company has on Lieu Days is that they have to be taken within a month thats all. But between you and me If you asked them what HR stands for they wouldn't have a clue.

Well I must say what a waist of time that was, then I didn't expect anything else when my boss and his boss are really close mates (football buddies).

Got a letter saying that he understands my point and the whole thing could have been conducted in a better way I did get my Lieu day (which I tried to point out thats not the point), the end of the letter said we will handle the next Lieu day better.

Can I point out this is a Billion Dollar company and has been around for over 50 years, you would think it's a new company just starting out.
