I just love Garth singing "i've got friends in low places" is it on DVD ?
Cupid: 'Series writer, director and producer Roy Huggins contacted actor Roger Davis (who had appeared in episode #19 "Smiler With A Gun" and provided narration for the series) the day of Duel's death to fill the role of Hannibal Heyes. Davis was fitted for costumes the following day, and began re-shooting scenes Duel had previously completed for an unfinished episode the following Monday. According to Swerling, the decision to continue production so soon after Duel's death was heavily criticized in the press at the time' (Wiki)
Pete Duel was 31 when he shot himself. He was suffering depression and had been drinking heavily. Sad. Great talent.

GROW UP - NAH !

Garth is a good singer - but the overall "Garth experience" is excellent. As my late mother would say - 'he's a showman'.

Have you seen him live Dotty?
I think I read that he has "retired" to spend more time with his family ? I would definately fly to Vegas to see him.

He performs one weekend a month at the Wynn hotel las vegas, there are 2 shows on a froday and saturday night at 8pm and 10,30, the tickets went up before Christmas to $256, he's done the shows for 18 months now and has contracted to 5 years and so I will get there , I keep the dates in my diary, his shows are usually on the 3rd weekend of the month. He is just him and his guitar and sometimes Trisha joins him, it's a small theatre and he apparently speaks to everyone! I get ticket updares every month
