cala bona majorca

we are going to Cala Bona in Majorca,has anyone stayed here and any tips on where to visit?thanks

We had an apartment there for 25 years, and had to sell it when we retired, it is lovely. If you like discos etc. then it is not for you, but if you like to have a quiet drink or meal by a harbour it is perfect. You can walk along the front to Cala Millor ( all on the level) which has more restaurants and bars.
Visits should include - Caves of Drach, Caves of Arta, Palma, Soller and Valldemosa. Take the bus to Manacor and take the train to Palma - a beautiful journey and much cheaper than going by train here.
Don't worry - you will love it!

I'll second that.
Stayed in Cala Bona several times, enjoyed every visit.
You can also get a excursion/ferry along the coast and get of where you please to investigate other areas.

Forgot to mention the Glass Bottom Boat which goes either to Porto Cristo (you get to dive off the boat into the sea) or to Cala Ratjada. There is even a pirate boat for the children with a picnic or bar-b-q on the beach.
