What an extraordinary story, a wife can use her husbands frozen sperm to have his children, who in fact knew nothing about them, he then had to pay £100,000 to help in their upbringing.
Can this be fair, and should the law now be changed?

Thankfully he loves the children and is prepared to be a dad to them.
The article I read said that she only contacted him when one of the kids was ill - so maybe she didn't start off meaning to fleace him... maybe she just was desperate to have kids and her ex-hubb was the easiest/safest/most obvious route?
But I think the law should change to allow the un-witting male a let out in these situations.
Wasn't there a case a few years ago where the girl used the sperm in a used condom to get pregnant and the guy ended up paying? Again - WRONG!
