I'm guessing, Sasa, that you're in the USA. (This is a UK -based site, where the time is approaching 1am. If you're 11 years old, as you've mentioned elsewhere tonight, then I definitely hope that you're not here in the UK, as you should be in bed!).
For the benefit of any other UK contributors to this thread, those shoe sizes aren't as big as they might, at first glance, seem. US (women's) size 8½ = UK size 6. US 9 = UK 6½.
I really think, Sasa, that you need to find a proper, old-fashioned shoe shop (which, I'm sure, must exist on your side of the Atlantic, as well as here) where they can measure both the length of your feet (i.e. your shoe size) and the width fitting which you require (which, if your country uses a similar system to ours, will be a letter rather than a number). The width of your feet should have no direct bearing upon the (numbered) shoe size you require, as that is solely a measure of the length of your feet.
