As for the comment about Subo, I only scan read the article but I didn't see her name mentioned, and I do - to some extent - think she was a genuine find. If I recall rightly she didn't win as such.
At the end of the day though Simon is about making money from other people, and I wouldn't put it past him to exploit where he needs to.

Pinkypie - I can understand your scepticism, but apparently ITV doseem to have selected certain acts. And not always 'unknowns' who are looking for a break into entertainment.
Jay Worley has also appeared on X-Factor. Wonder why Simon didn't recognise him.

and Jean Martyn is a fully established International Star!

AND two of boy group ‘New Bounce’ are appearing in Thriller in London’s West End.
Not totally honest, is it?

I suppose as long as they don't admit to the final winner being a dead cert, they can say the voting still counts.
I know Les Gibson has been on telly a few times before, he lives over the road from me, although he hasn't been for a while so I reckon he's legit. His missus used to cut my hair (when I had some), incidentally, she's fitter than Amanda Holden so I'd think he was only messing when he said she best watch out!

I've just read tghrough all of that and it sounds totally plausible but could just as easily be a set-up. I don't like the boy singer, he would be a wasted winner, as i agree that his 'shelf-life' will be poor. If it is a fix, the show won't carry on as too many people will realise it is a fix. Opportunity Knocks and New Faces were just the same though, they were decades ago too
