This is probably a scam to get you to
buy some programme to delete these
errors.

They are most likely not errors as such. Some are just cookies or left over files.
Use your common and don't go anywhere near pop-up ads.

If you're getting a message telling you that your computer has loads of errors, it's almost certainly 'adware' which has found its way onto your computer, which is trying to get you to waste money on something which you don't need.
