Transfer money to Turkish bank account

Can anyone advise what is the cheapest and best way to transfer money to Turkey from the UK. We need to pay the monthly maintenance fees for a villa we have recently bought. We are not able to open our own bank account in Turkey until we next travel out there in May.

I use First rate FX (London based) to buy Spanish currency and they forward it to anyone you nominate. Maybe they can help

I would use an independent currency broker like RationalFX:

They provide very competitive rates with no cost for transfer which banks generally charge. I would take a look

I would use a trusted service that is registered by the FSA. Personally, i recommend RationalFX. I regulalrly use their services and have yet to have any issues with them.
