If this happens and your cat does not receive urgent veterinary treatment then the bladder may rupture, or the cat's kidneys may fail, both of which can lead to a distressing death.
I strongly suggest you either contact the PDSA, or if you are not eligible for treatment there that you contact a rescue centre or the RSPCA and arrange for them to take over care of your cat. It's not fair to let the poor creature suffer.
