Program to control clock

Is there a website program I can download that will accurately control/replace my PC clock ?  I have an  obsession for precise time ! Thanks.

If you are on XP

1) Right click on the time in the botom right

2) Choose Adjust Date and Time

3) Choose the tab "Internet Time"

4) Click "Automatically syncronise with an internet time server". You can use the default time.windows.com or select your own.
