Royal Mail Stamps
5 Answers
Hi, Can someone tell me if a newsagent or similar shop would be allowed to see Royal Mail stamps for more than their cover price - ie I have just bought 12 first class stamps which should have cost me £0.46 each at £0.48p. I didnt realise this until I had left the shop or I would have gone to the Post Office. Thank you.

On the other hand, if a retailer simply goes to a Post Office and buys stamps over the counter, the retailer can then re-sell the stamps for any amount he cares to charge.
