Hi,  you cannot take any kind of vitamin to "make up protein" you just got to eat the real thing,  there are protein substitute drinks and now a tablet available but these are intended to treat specific medical problems with protein absorbtion. 

Taking any supplements instead of the real deal is definetly the worst of the two options. Supplements really should be the last option when nothing else is available to you.
