Ihave an abscess its very sore what can i do do draw it

Its not tracking or anything like that, but its so uncomfortable, its in a delicate place and should i go to my walk-in centre, would they lance it?it hasnt a head or anything on it.

In short yes......abscesses that go wrong can cause all sorts of nice infections like cellulitis.
My mother has just had one......keep clean, use warm water and salt and let soak if possible. Paracetemol if it is swollen. If really inflamed, then the doc asap and they will use an anitbiotic like flucloxillin (and paracetemol) and properly lance the abscess. Took my mother four visits and she is still having to clean it in the salt water.... in her case, it was a thorn from gardening in her thumb, a very common cause.

"A delicate place" eh?....sounds like buttocks or vagina area.
No point in bathing and poultices do more harm than good.
Just take Ibuprofen for the pain.
Your body is coping quite well with the infection and from what you have described antibiotics are not necessary at the moment.
It will either completely settle, or burst...and then bathing etc will come into play.
