Is anyone doing this? Just starting and wondered what your experiences are .... I think my biggest challenge will be not cooking, as I love to cook ..... has anyone got any tips for how to add fruit, veg and about 250 calories of extras per day in a creative way?

That way you can have the meals you like and learn the right foods so that when you have reached your target weight you do not pile all the pounds back on. Remember you are training yourself in a healthier lifestyle and unless you are wealthy you will not be able to continue having meals prepared for you.
I looked at their website a while back...and the meals looked all of the same...with just soup for lunch every day. That would drive me mad...I'd be hungry all the time...and bored.
As for fruit-your best bet is berries-particularly blueberries and raspberries....they are the lowest of all fruit in carbs and sugars.
