can i locate a person's mobile phone number using there full name & full address in the uk?
i am trying to get of some one and dont no any one that will know the number, i am aware that u have to resigister ur details when buying the phone or sim card?

Not unless they have published it on a website and it shows up when you google the number.

Also you don't have to register your details, they prefer it if you do but it isn't mandatory. Plenty of people have unregistered phones.
