A matter of minutes ahead of tomorrow's 10:10pm ISS pass, the Moon will be rising over the horizon part way through it's eclipse.

Read about the eclipse here

Hi Wendilla, I posted last night that i had not seen the ISS at the 10.42 passover, then later, around midnight, I went out to call the cats in and just happened to look up and it was passing over as clear as ever! Excellent view and it was in sight for several minutes.
Question Author
yes Dot there was one about 12 18 am I think. I don't post the times for the AM ones only the evening ones as I think most people know now where to find the times.
Interesting to read about the space satellites that are currently floating around as well as the ISS. a spy satellite, the Hubble space telescope and something called an Ammonia something or other (I'll have to read the link again).
Question Author
Yes it's surprising how much stuff and junk are floating about up there. Mind your head.
many thanks Wendilla, will catch it tonight, shame I missed it last night.
Hazy, but a good cross-sky view here tonight - lots of aeroplanes flishing around too!
